  • Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then-current retail price.

High-heat commercial washers and EPA-approved, environmentally safe detergents and bleach are used. Soiled linens are kept separate from all other linens to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Guests are requested to refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy linens, including rips, tears, and permanent stains. Charges may apply for damaged linens.
  • Professional Cleaning: Full-time staff clean and disinfect the unit before each guest's arrival using eco-friendly approved chemicals. Staff are assigned to the property stay after stay, and each property is inspected for cleanliness.
